Privacy Policy

Moving Day Fantasy Golf is a small, invite-only fantasy golf app currently in beta. Here's a plain-language summary of what data it collects and how it's used.

What we collect

• Your email address and display name, when you sign up.
• Your password — stored as a salted hash, never in plain text.
• League and team data you create or interact with: leagues, rosters, draft picks, lineups, trades, waiver claims, and any manually entered tournament results.
• Preferences you set, like notification settings and light/dark theme.

Cookies

The app uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. A couple of third-party services help run the app:

• Vercel hosts the app and its infrastructure.
• Neon hosts the Postgres database where your account and league data is stored.
• Resend sends transactional email (currently just password reset links) — it only sees the email address and message needed to send that one email.

Other members of your league can see the team and player data you'd normally see in any fantasy league — your team name, roster, and lineup — but not your email or password.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact the app operator directly.
