Moving Day Fantasy Golf is a small, invite-only fantasy golf app currently in beta. These terms are intentionally plain-language rather than formal legalese — by using the app, you agree to them.

What this is

Moving Day Fantasy Golf is provided for entertainment purposes among invited players. It's run as a hobby project, not a company, and is still being actively built — expect bugs, occasional downtime, and features that change or move around.

No real money moves through this app

League purses, winnings, and payouts shown in the app are informational only — they track who's owed what based on results you or your league's commissioner enter. This app does not process payments, hold funds, or transfer money. Any actual money changing hands between league members happens entirely outside the app, and is solely between you and your league.

Your account

• Keep your password private and don't share your account.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Don't use the app to abuse, harass, or disrupt other players, or try to break or scrape the service.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," with no guarantee it'll be available, error-free, or that scoring/results will always be accurate — especially during beta, while results are entered by hand rather than pulled from a live data feed. Don't rely on it for anything where accuracy has real financial stakes.

Changes

These terms may change as the app evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
